Job Description: We are seeking a proactive Partner Onboarding Specialist to join our team on a part-time, commission-based basis. This role involves identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners into our Strategic Partner Program. If you have strong communication skills and are looking to earn additional income by expanding our partner network, this position could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Recruitment:

    • Identify potential partners such as finance professionals, legal professionals, insurance agents, and real estate agents who could benefit from joining the Rabaadi Financial Services Partner Program.

    • Reach out to prospects through various channels, including email, social media, and networking events, to introduce them to the program's benefits.

  • Onboarding Process:

    • Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand the program’s structure, benefits, and requirements.

    • Assist with completing necessary documentation and ensure all partners are registered and licensed as required.

  • Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new partners, providing ongoing support and resources to help them succeed.

    • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure partners are engaged and actively participating in the program.

  • Performance Tracking:

    • Monitor onboarding activities and provide regular updates to the management team.

    • Use feedback and performance data to refine the onboarding process and improve partner satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in financial services.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of financial products is a plus but not required.

Compensation:

  • This is a commission-based role with the opportunity to earn income based on the successful recruitment and onboarding of new partners.

  • Flexible working hours, allowing you to balance this role with other commitments.
