With 18 years of experience in investment banking and investment management, Kunal has built a distinguished career in the financial sector. Over the last 15 years, he has contributed to prominent organizations such as Indgrowth Capital Advisors, where he focused on mid-cap and small-cap equities through a Category III AIF. He has also been associated with Avista Advisory during its partnership with Houlihan Lokey, as well as with IIFL and SBI Capital Markets.
Kunal holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from IIM Indore and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Mumbai University.
With over 17 years of expertise in portfolio management and research, Harsh joined Tata Asset Management in November 2018 as the Head of Alternative Strategies. He excels in stock picking, strategic combinations, and risk management, employing a diversified long-short portfolio approach to achieve high returns with minimized risk. His exceptional skills in stock selection contributed to Tata Asset Management winning the prestigious award for Best Equity-Oriented Long-Short Category III AIF for 2021 and 2022, based on Sharpe performance metrics, as recognized by PMS AIF WORLD.
Before joining Tata Asset Management, Harsh was a Portfolio Manager for Equity Long/Short Strategies at Reliance Securities, where he consistently delivered high returns. He also has extensive experience with equity long-short strategies from his time at Deutsche Bank and Roc Capital, focusing on global markets.
Harsh holds an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis and is a Certified Portfolio Manager and Certified Treasury Manager from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India.
